Receives discount entry for MLTAQ functions for the nominated teacher
Receives discount registration for MLTAQ/AFMLTA conferences for the nominated teacher
Capitation is NOT paid to a branch (fees are not sufficient to cover this)
Can have up to two email addresses included in the MLTAQ email list
