The LinQ (Languages in Qld)

There are 4-6 LinQs published per year. The LinQ contains information about competitions, conferences, workshops, seminars, student activities, scholarships and other items of interest such as date claimers. The articles are provided by the various members of the sub-committees and branches. The LinQ  is available as part of the full membership package for individuals. The MLTAQ Journal

Three editions of MLTAQ Journal are produced each year, depending on contributions. The MLTAQ Journal is concerned with the dissemination of current practice and research into the teaching and learning of LOTE, and contains articles and reviews (both language-specific and general) by members of the MLTAQ and other professionals.The MLTAQ Journal is published in approximately May, August and November. A fourth one may be produced if sufficient copy is received.

Subscription to MLTAQ Journal
The MLTAQuarterly is available as part of the full membership package for individuals. Institutions and interested parties may subscribe to the MLTAQ Journal for $35 per annum (incl. GST). See Membership Information for further details.

B & W Advertisements may be placed in either The LinQ or The MLTAQ Journal at the following rates:

• Full page - $ 110 (incl. GST)
• Half page - $ 82.50 (incl. GST)

Payment should accompany copy.

Contributions

Sub-Committee Convenors and interested parties are invited to submit material for inclusion in The LinQ and The MLTAQ Journal.

• Copy should be submitted by the second Tuesday of each month for the LinQ and first week of each term for the MLTAQ Journal.
• If possible articles should be submitted by e-mail in Word format. They can be also submitted typed with a 2cm margin on all four sides of A4 sized paper.

If submitted material seeks to publicise language activities for a commercial (i.e. profit-making) enterprise, publication can only be at current advertising rates. If the activity is organised on a non-profit making basis, such material will be published free of charge but with the addition of the words "This is not an MLTAQ Inc. activity". All items for inclusion in The LinQ should be forwarded to: linq@mltaq.asn.au

Babel

There are 3 issues of BABEL per year.
